«GKS» RPE performs a complex of works on the development of automatic control systems (ACS) and the emergency shutdown of the compressor units, including:
- automatic control systems of gas transmission units;
- surge control systems of regulation and protection of compressors for industrial use;
- automated control systems of the compressor plant and recovery compressor stations.
«GKS» RPE is able to offer a full cycle of works on creation of the ACS:
- development of project documentation of ACS;
- development of algorithms and applied software for the ACS;
- updating of the old systems of compressor control;
- manufacturing and supply of the ACS;
- commissioning and adjustment of the ACS.
For implementation of ACS for compressor units «GKS» RPE is ready to offer the following:
- as an authorized partner of Compressor Controls Corporation in the RF the control system for compressors on the basis of controllers Series 5 and Series 3 ++.
- These systems have successfully proven themselves in «Gazprom» OJSC, Nizhnekamskneftekhim OJSC, SIBUR Group.
- compressor control system based on controllers Stardom (by Yokogawa Electric) or ControlLogix (by Rockwell Automation). The company has a positive experience of using these controllers as part of control systems for compressors of «NIIturbokompressor» JSC named after V.B. Shnepp» and «Kazankompressormash» JSC.
